    • Motherhood asks a person to expand. I’m not the same person I was yesterday, I may not even be the same as I was this morning. What worked before may no  longer be effective, and alternatively what didn’t work earlier may now be the solution.

    • Mothership Rising believes that silence is not an option. Black Lives Matter.  We are actively standing for equity and justice through our own education, outreach, and donations. We welcome being called up and called in when we can do better.

    • We value actively showing others that we care for their well being. Small, thoughtful actions can have a big impact.

    •  We prioritize the spiritual practice of believing in and belonging to yourself.

    • Each person is a varied, complex human who also happened to be a mama. Her  goals, focus and desires get to include all the areas of her life.

    • We are all connected. We support and uplift each other not because one person has all the answers because we know that our futures are tied together. We all must thrive in order to create a just and equitable community.

    • What feels supportive will be different for everyone. We want to provide support to mama’s in whatever is her “support love language”.

    • Mothering is a role that anyone can take on. We welcome anyone who bravely chooses to love and care for a child.

    • There are so many great apps and resources for mamas. Many of them are founded and run by mamas! We believe supporting other women includes other similar business too. There is room for all of us to succeed!
